With five ultra‑wide lenses (each up to 150°), it can be positioned to monitor the front, cabin, rear cabin, sides, and trunk, giving you a broader sense of what’s happening around your vehicle. You can select from multiple video resolutions to balance clarity with storage needs, including 2K+1080p, 3K+1080p, and 4K+1080p options across the channels.

In addition to front‑facing footage, the system’s 2‑channel rear cam extends coverage to the back of the car, helping you track activities inside the vehicle as well as actions near the rear doors and windows. This multi‑angle approach is designed to provide a more complete picture of events on the road and during parking, which can be useful for reviewing incidents, deliveries, or passenger safety.

AI safety features and intelligent monitoring

The V8 Ultra includes an AI Driver Monitoring System (DMS) that can help you stay aware of driver behavior. It identifies signs of fatigue, distraction, phone use, yawning, and other indicators that could affect safe driving. While these tools don’t replace safe driving, they offer a gentle nudge toward more mindful habits and can help you review driving patterns after a trip.

For added protection, the dash cam supports loop recording with a G‑sensor. When the card fills, oldest clips are overwritten, and critical events are automatically locked in an Event folder for quick access. This combination helps you build a reliable record of significant moments on the road or at the parking location.

Connectivity, night visibility, and parking

Built‑in 5GHz Wi‑Fi and GPS let you view real‑time footage on your phone and track route, location, and speed. This makes sharing drive stories with friends or insurance providers straightforward, and it can provide useful context if something happens on the road. The camera also features enhanced night vision with a CPL filter to reduce glare and improve color accuracy in challenging light conditions, helping you capture clearer details such as license plates after dark.

Parking reliability is a key part of the V8 Ultra. When parked, the system can enter continuous surveillance mode to monitor your vehicle. A separate hardwire kit is required to enable true 24/7 parking monitoring, ensuring your car remains protected even when you’re away. Voice control adds hands‑free convenience, allowing you to operate the device with simple commands while keeping attention on the road.

The package includes a 128GB SD card pre-installed so you can start recording right away. The card slot supports larger capacities up to 512GB, giving you flexibility as your footage library grows. Note that some features and real‑time remote viewing require a Wi‑Fi connection to the device.
