Order Processing Time

At Nexoltic, we strive to process and ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt. Please allow this time for us to carefully prepare your electronics accessories before dispatch. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Standard Shipping Time

For shipments within the United States, standard delivery typically takes 1–2 business days from the date of dispatch. Please note that remote or long-distance delivery addresses may experience slight delays beyond this timeframe. Additionally, unexpected carrier delays can occasionally affect delivery times. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these instances.

Express Shipping Options

Faster express shipping options are also available at checkout for eligible US addresses. Shipping rates for express options are calculated automatically based on your destination. Please note that free standard shipping always applies to every order with no minimum purchase required.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. This enables you to monitor your package’s progress until delivery. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days of placing your order, please contact us.

International Shipping

Currently, Nexoltic only ships within the United States and does not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.
