At Nexoltic, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 30-day return window for our electronics accessories purchased in the United States. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our return, exchange, and refund procedures.
Return Window
All returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
Return Reasons & Seller Fault
If you receive a defective, damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please contact us immediately at nexoltic@gmail.com. Returns due to seller fault, including but not limited to faulty manufacturing or misshipments, will be fully refunded or exchanged at no cost to you.
Return Conditions
- Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Products should not be damaged from misuse or improper handling.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or incur a restocking fee.
Damages
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of receipt by emailing nexoltic@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will provide instructions for returning the damaged item and arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards and downloadable software products are non-returnable.
- Products damaged due to customer misuse or accidental damage are not eligible for return.
- Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned unless defective.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for the same product in a different specification or color, please contact us at nexoltic@gmail.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet our return conditions.
Returns from European Union Customers
For customers located in the European Union, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the receipt of your order during which you may cancel and return products for a full refund, even if there is no fault with the item. Please notify us within this period to initiate your return.

Refunds Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to seller fault.
