Zooz ZSE70 is a weatherproof Z‑Wave motion and temperature sensor that instantly notifies your compatible Z‑Wave hub and supports long‑range wireless connections for reliable outdoor monitoring.

The ZSE70 combines PIR motion sensing, ambient temperature reporting and Z‑Wave 800‑series connectivity into a single compact package built for indoor or outdoor use. It accepts two CR123A batteries (included) or a 12–24V AC/DC supply, works as a powered signal repeater, and supports Z‑Wave Long Range when paired with a hub that implements the newer ZWLR protocol. Note: this device requires an open Z‑Wave controller and is not compatible with Wink or Z‑Wave alarm panels.

How far can this sensor detect motion and communicate with my hub?
