Product details

TREE.NB A1502 is a drop-in high-performance replacement battery (11.42V / 74.9Wh) built to match the original MacBook Pro 13" A1502 (A1582 A1493) specifications.

If your Retina 13" MacBook Pro (models Late 2013, Mid 2014, Early 2015) shows reduced runtime, unexpected shutdowns, or a swollen pack, this replacement battery restores reliable power and charging stability. Manufactured to OEM standards with a six-cell design and built-in protection circuits, the TREE.NB A1502 battery offers the same nominal voltage and watt-hour rating as the original pack so your MacBook behaves as intended without system errors.

How do I know this battery fits my MacBook Pro?

Compatibility is determined by model identifiers and EMC numbers printed on your MacBook. This battery fits MacBookPro11,1 and MacBookPro12,1 systems with EMC 2678, 2835, or 2875 and is listed as replacements for A1582 and A1493 battery models.

  • Matches models: A1502 (Retina 13") Late 2013 / Mid 2014 / Early 2015
  • Model identifiers: MacBookPro11,1 & MacBookPro12,1
  • EMC numbers: 2678, 2835, 2875
  • Compatible laptop SKUs: e.g., ME864LL/A, MF839LL/A, MGX82LL/A

What performance and safety features does this battery include?

The TREE.NB A1502 battery uses six cells arranged to deliver 11.42V and a 74.9Wh capacity, mirroring the factory pack. It includes overcharge and over-discharge protection plus built-in circuitry to prevent common failure modes, supporting stable charging and safe operation.

  • Real capacity: 11.42V = 74.9Wh for comparable runtime
  • Six-cell layout for balanced energy delivery
  • Integrated protection against overcharge and deep discharge
  • Manufactured to OEM-style standards for consistency

How difficult is installation and what comes in the box?

Installation is straightforward for anyone comfortable with small electronics: remove the bottom case, disconnect the old battery connector, unscrew the pack, and swap in the new unit. TREE.NB ships the battery with the necessary tools and a short manual to simplify the swap.

  • Included: 1x A1582/A1493 battery, 3 adapted screwdrivers, user manual
  • Tools provided for common MacBook screws to avoid extra purchases
  • After-sales support available for troubleshooting
  • Follow grounding precautions and power-off procedures before starting

What support and quality assurance can I expect after purchase?

TREE.NB offers continuous email support and after-sales service for guidance during installation or to address product concerns. If you encounter any issues, the support channel is intended for timely answers and technical help.

  • 24/7 email customer service for installation and warranty questions
  • Packed contents checked for completeness before shipping
  • Technical help available for fitment or charging behavior questions

Who is this for: The TREE.NB A1502 replacement battery is designed for MacBook Pro owners with Retina 13" A1502 laptops manufactured from Late 2013 to Early 2015 who want a direct-fit, high-capacity swap that restores original voltage and run time characteristics. It suits do-it-yourself technicians, refurbished laptop sellers, and users seeking an OEM-standard battery replacement with included tools and ongoing support.
