Built to cover a real room, it detects movement up to almost 30 feet away, with a wide 110-degree horizontal and 55-degree vertical field of view. You can adjust sensitivity so that the device only notifies you about movements that matter, reducing false alerts.

The sensor includes a built-in ambient light sensor. When the environment grows darker, the sensor can trigger a SwitchBot Bot to turn on a nearby light, helping visibility and ambiance without manual interaction.

Smart home compatibility and scenes
