Its compact footprint and fitment options help it blend with dashboards from Golf MK5, Jetta, Polo, EOS, and CC. Beyond its clean look, this radio opens up modern connectivity with wireless CarPlay and Android Auto, Bluetooth, an SD card slot, and FM/AM radio. Note that AUX input is not included and the backup camera function is deactivated, so it’s important to confirm compatibility with your vehicle’s features before upgrading.

Important compatibility and setup notes

• Designed for PQ35/46 platforms; not suited for MQB-based cars.
• Android Auto on this unit follows Android versions: wireless AA needs Android 13 with 5 GHz Wi‑Fi; Go edition devices are not supported.
• CarPlay requires iOS 10 or newer. If your device uses an older version, consider the RCD360 PRO2 as an alternative.
• Three power interfaces are supported: PQ Quadlock, ISO Plug, and MQB Quadlock. Adapter A is included by default; Adapter B is needed for ISO Plug; MQB Quadlock cars are not supported.
• Anti-battery leakage technology is included with an anti-leakage cable to safeguard vehicle electronics during installation.
• For cars with high-end audio systems (Dynaudio or Fender), a battery reset may help ensure full integration after wiring.
• The radio supports OPS/PDC features if your car has the respective system; the standard backup camera function is deactivated.
