Your Base Station includes plug-in power and a built-in backup battery that powers continuity for up to 24 hours during a power outage. It is designed to endure common home environments: if a device is damaged during an entry attempt, the base station will still attempt to send an alarm signal before the impact is complete, provided sensors are in use.
